To get the most out of your freshly roasted coffee, you should have a good burr grinder, a scale, a timer and clean, filtered water.

STEP 1
Remove the paper flavor by rinsing it through hot water. Pour it out.

STEP 2
Place 20g (1/3 cups) or 42g (3/6 cups) of ground coffee.

STEP 3
Pour 50g of water at 92ºC and wait 30 sec (Blooming).

STEP 4
Pour the remaining 250g (1/3 cups) or 550g (3/6 cups) of water.

STEP 5
Extraction time: 3:00 min (1/3 cups) / 4:00 min (3/6 cups).

STEP 6
Remove filter and serve.
