About the Farmer

The process of Ethiopian coffee at the washing stations the beans are carefully sorted before being processed. Only the fully ripe and red cherries find their way to the pulper to ensure a homogenous and consistent quality. The cherry skin and the pulp are now removed from the bean.

The fusion of these two coffees allows having the best of the coffee coming from Brazil and Ethiopia, resulting in a fusion of aromas such as Citric, Nuts, Black tea.
The coffee from the Caramelo Doce Farm is processed by the natural method, is selected according to its density, resulting in an aromatic coffee, richer in flavor, homogeneous and clean. Ethiopia, Sidamo coffee suffers the washed process.
