Doce Diamantina from the Cerrado region is a natural processed coffee. The cherries dry on open patios in the sun. Through a very strict selection of coffee, we created a nice, sweet cup that you can use in blends or mild single origin coffee. The Cerrado region has been used for agriculture for over 50 years. Sustainability plays an important role today, so farmers and cooperatives work closely together. Strict controls and constant monitoring of the processing steps ensure consistently excellent quality. The treatment is "natural". Ripe cherries are dried in the sun and continuously turned.
