About the Origin
Jorge Arreola Nava decided to embark on his coffee adventure in 2009, where he began as a coffee exporter. Today he runs the Santa Fé Finca, managing not only its administrative tasks but also the production and supervision of its' organic farming methods.
This coffee is processed using a chemical-free decaffeination process called the Mountain Water method.
It is a process that preserves all the aromatic molecules and the full quality of its flavors.
