About the Farmer

Jorge Arreola Nava decided to embark on his coffee adventure in 2009, where he began as a coffee exporter. Today he runs the Santa Fé Finca, managing not only its administrative tasks but also the production and supervision of its' organic farming methods.

This coffee is processed using a chemical-free decaffeination process called the Mountain Water method.
It is a process that preserves all the aromatic molecules and the full quality of its flavors.
Yum!

The Santa Fé farm is situated in the Motozintla region in the south of Mexico at an altitude of 1,200 meters. It enjoys a temperate climate with minimum temperatures of 18 °C in the winter and maximum temperatures of 27 °C in the summer. It is a farm steeped in history, founded in 1855 by a Mexican family. It used to be a part of the Guatemalan zone until Chiapas became Mexican in 1824.
