Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about shipping and returns of Fábrica products or any other products marketed by Stanislav Benderschi, Unipessoal, Lda.

2. Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

2.1. Orders placed by 15:00  (GMT) on a working day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 (GMT) are shipped the next working day. Delivery time varies based on destination:

2.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. A delay in shipment does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

2.3. Available shipping carriers:

  • Portugal (Mainland & Islands): GLS
  • Europe (EU & EEA): DHL Express (Air), CTT (Ground).
  • Rest of the World: DHL Express (Air).

2.4. Some remote areas may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified in advance if applicable.

2.5. Deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on working days. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address, as carriers do not offer appointment scheduling.

2.6. During sales, promotions, or holidays, shipping times may be extended. Customers will receive a tracking link upon order dispatch.


3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1. You may return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase.

3.2. Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. Return packages should be sent to: Fabrica Coffee Roasters Rua dos Selões, 16, Armazém B 2705-898, Terrugem

3.3. To initiate an exchange, email orders@fabricacoffeeroasters.com with your order number and request details. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped.


4. Refunds

4.1. Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Customers may opt for a voucher of equal value instead.

5. Return Costs

5.1. Returns are free of charge. Schedule a collection at your convenience via email, and our courier will pick up the package.
