About the Origin

Grown in Brazil’s Cerrado region in southwestern Minas Gerais, this coffee comes from altitudes between 900–1,250 meters above sea level. With a stable climate, predictable rainfall, and gently rolling elevations, the Cerrado is ideal for controlled, high-quality coffee production.

The region is home to over 3,600 producers and 140,000 hectares of dedicated coffee farmland—most organized into cooperatives and known for their advanced technology and professionalism. This lot was sourced with the support of our partners at Stockler, who work closely with local farmers to ensure traceability, uniformity, and a consistent cup year after year.

This fine cup Cerrado offering is a natural-processed lot graded NY 2/3 screen 17/18, composed of Mundo Novo, Catuai, and Bourbon varieties. Its profile reflects the region’s hallmark consistency: smooth, chocolaty, and full-bodied, with a structured acidity that enhances its complexity without overpowering the cup.
