When do I get my first box?
Your box is packed from our freshest roast and shipped within 24–48 hours of your order. In Portugal that usually means brewing it just days after you subscribed — with the roast date printed on the bag.
Who picks the coffee — and how often does it change?
Our roasters. Classics are coffees from farms we've partnered with for years — we keep the same coffee for around six months, so your daily cup stays consistent. Exotics are rotating micro-lots we're excited about right now, changing roughly every two months. Decaf is always the current decaf in our store. The lineup above is always current, and every box includes a card on why we chose each coffee plus a 35g surprise sample.
Can I change or pause my plan?
Anytime, in two clicks, from your account. Swap styles, change grind, skip a delivery, or cancel — no emails, no questions.
When will my coffee be roasted?
We roast several times a week and always pack your box from the freshest roast available — the roast date is printed on every bag, so you can see it for yourself.
