1. Introduction

1.1. We understand the importance of receiving your order on time. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure fast and high-quality service. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about shipping and returns of Fábrica products or any other products marketed by Stanislav Benderschi, Unipessoal, Lda.

2. Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping costs are calculated when checking out your order. We charge for shipping based on the order's weight, and also your location. Bear in mind we are located in Lisbon, Portugal which means the farther you're located, the more expensive shipping costs will. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

2.2. Orders placed by 15:00  (GMT) on a working day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 (GMT) are shipped the next working day. Delivery time varies based on destination:

2.3. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal demand, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. A delay in shipment does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

2.4. Available shipping carriers:

  • Portugal (Mainland & Islands): GLS
  • Europe (EU & EEA): GLS & CTT (Ground & Air).
  • Rest of the World: CTT (Air) & Fedex (Air).

2.5. Some remote areas may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified in advance if applicable.

2.6. Deliveries occur between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on working days. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address, as carriers do not offer appointment scheduling.

2.7. During sales, promotions, or holidays, shipping times may be extended. Customers will receive a tracking link upon order dispatch.
