Can I order a mixed subscription with Filter and Espresso?
That is totally possible, on the monthly subscription page, you will be able to select up to 6 espresso coffee bags and 6 filter bags! You can also choose the grind type for each kind.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, the subscription service is only available for European Union countries (European Islands are not included unfortunately). Feel free to contact us using the email: orders@fabricacoffeeroasters.com if you pretend to receive the subscription in another country and will do our best to help you. the e-mail.
How can I update my Payment and Addresses details?
Once you have logged into our website’s personal area, you will find several options on your customer dashboard. Select the "Subscription" button and you will be prompted to the Subscription Dashboard. There you can update your desired payment methods.
Among those options, you will find “Edit Address” and “Payment Methods” so you may edit whichever information you find necessary.
How many different coffees do I receive for each shipment?
You can receive up to 2 different coffees per month. For example, if you have a 4 bag espresso coffee subscription, you get 2 X coffees and 2 Y coffees. a 6 bag espresso subscription you get 3 X coffees, and 3 Y coffees.
If you have a subscription with filter and espresso roasts, you can get up to 4 different coffees per month. For example, if you have a 2 Filter, 2 Espresso Coffee Subscription, you get 4 different coffees to try.
How may I subscribe to your coffee?
Our monthly coffee subscription allows you to order espresso and filter coffee bags - you can add up to 6 coffee bags of each type.
You can also choose to have them ground for a specific brewing method. This ensures the best brews!
Want to pay upfront for a whole season of coffee delivered to your door? You can do so by choosing the "Quarterly", "Semi-Annual", and "Annual" payment options!
Add your subscription to the cart and finish the order, just like a regular one! Bear in mind your coffee will be with you on the first week of the following month - this ensures you get the freshest coffee possible!

I was at home the whole day and nobody rang the bell. What can be done?
If you were at home the whole day and nobody tried to deliver your order, we will report your case to the courier directly to atempt a second delivery. We do not take responsibility if the second atempt is made and this one is not successful.
I was not at home when a delivery atempt was made. What will happen?
By default, when a delivery fails it is forwarded to a parcel shop. Check your emails to know which parcel shop your order went to.
What can I expect from the monthly subscription?
Our monthly subscription ensures dedicated coffee to you. Your order is prioritized and the outcome is the freshest coffee possible at your door. You get to try coffees that are still not available to the whole public too! If you pay upront you're able to get a better price for very good specialty coffee too.
What if I need to reduce or add coffee bags?
At FÁBRICA we are working to improve the experience for our family members, meaning in the near future that will be possible, on your own.

When will be my first subscription shipped?
Once you sign up, you will be allocated to the closest next shipment. We ship all subscriptions on the first Wednesday of each month. If you subscribed now, expect your coffee to be with on the first week of the upcoming month!
When will I receive coffee at home?
Your coffee will be roasted on the first wednesday of the month. You will get it on the upcoming business days. Our customers usually have it the next business day, but some delays can happen from the courier's side. We apologize in advance for any hassle.
