When do I get my first box?
Your box is packed from our freshest roast and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order. In Portugal that usually means brewing it just days after you subscribed.
Who picks the coffee - and what's the difference between the styles?
Our roasters. Classics are the round, likeable profiles - chocolate, nuts, caramel - coffees made for your everyday cup. Exotics are the experimental side of the roastery: our higher-end specialty coffees, with fruity, floral, surprising profiles for the curious. Decaf is always the current decaf in our store. The lineup rotates as coffees come and go at the roastery - what you see above is always current, and every box includes a card on why we chose each coffee plus a 35g surprise sample.
Can I change or pause my plan?
