Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your parcel and where it's going — we're in Lisbon, so distance is what moves the price. Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT) on a working day usually go out the same day, and we ship Monday to Thursday.

Returns are free. You have 7 days from receiving an order to return it unused, and we arrange the collection. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded in full, shipping included.
