Fazenda Estrela Carvalho was founded in 1981 in the Pântano terroir of Coromandel, Cerrado Mineiro, at an elevation of 1130 m.a.s.l. The farm is managed by José Ricardo de Carvalho and his family, who combine deep love for the land with expertise in its cultivation.
