Fazenda Anhumas is located near the town of Mococa in the Mogiana region, a horseback ride away from the famous region of Minas Gerais. This coffee comes from a collective of farms, including Fazenda Anhumas and a handful of small neighboring farms. Our Brazilian partner FAF works with the owners of the Anhumas farm and their quality standards and agricultural practices are followed, resulting in a wonderful cup. This red catuaí variety is cultivated at about 1100 meters above sea level and harvested between June and September. It is processed using the natural method, sun-dried on patios.
